یکی از راه های داشتن ارتباط موثر با دیگران، سوال پرسیدن در مورد ویژگی های آنها است. این کار علاوه بر تقویت مهارت ارتباطی شما، باعث شناخت بیشتر شما از دیگران نیز می شود.
